5.About us: We are a third party service in no way affiliated with the UK government or the DVLA. We provide a service which includes a personal check of all information to ensure it is free from any errors, free reprocessing should any incorrect details be provided and processed with the DVLA and free replacement licences for a year from the time of purchase (which can be claimed at a rate of once per calendar month). Once an application has been made with uklicencehelp.com , we then process your application on your behalf. If we feel that any information maybe incorrect or is missing we will contact you to rectify before submitting your application. If the information you have provided can be processed with the DVLA and an error is noticed after you receive your licence, we will redo your application with the correct information at no cost. This can be done as many times as needed. The price we charge includes both our service fee and any DVLA fees associated with your application.

6. Privacy
We collect personal information from customers for the use of their application only and is never distributed to any other party other than the DVLA.

7 Usage Policy
Your obligations toward uklicencehelp.com
(7.1) provide with all the correct and accurate information requested by in order for to provide you with the Service;
(7.2) not use the Service for any improper, unlawful or fraudulent activity;
(7.3) not use the Service to commit a criminal act or to cause nuisance or annoyance or inconvenience to or to harass others;
(7.4) not use the Service for commercial and/or business purposes;(7.5) not re-sell, promote for resale or engage in any other similar activities;
(7.6) co-operate with any reasonable security or other checks or requests for information made by from time to time in relation to 's provision of the Service to You;
(7.7) where You are not the main applicant for the Driving Licence, procure that (a) the consent of such main applicant in respect of the Service; (b) that such main applicant is 16 years old and above; and (c) that such main applicant is eligible to make such application to the DVLA;
(7.8) promptly inform if You receive any notice alleging that Your use of the Service (a) contravenes with the applicable law and legislations; or (b) infringes the rights of any third party;
(7.9) promptly inform in the event any information that You have provided to changes or becomes inaccurate;
(7.10) comply with all reasonable instructions issued by from time to time in relation to the Service;
(7.11) comply with all applicable laws and legislations. (7.12) Where You are using this Service to make an application for a Driving Licence on behalf of a third party applicant (the "Third Party Applicant") You hereby warrant that:
(7.13)You have the authority and consent of the Third Party Applicant to procure the Service on the Third Party Applicant's behalf;
(7.14) the Third Party Applicant is at least 16 years old and above and is eligible to make a Driving Licence application; and
(7.15) You shall procure the Third Party Applicant's full compliance with these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall at all times be fully liable for the breach of any of these Terms by the Third Party Applicant in respect of the Service.

8. Replacement Policy
The free replacement licences offer is valid for one year at the time of purchase, is only available in the name of the original customer and is limited to one per calendar month.

9. Service Charges
We charge a service fee as well as collecting the money for the cost of the licence.

10If an order cannot be completed due to incorrect information being submitted by the customer, or because they are ineligible for their requested service, a refund will be issued and all personal information will be removed from our database.

11 Intellectual Property or Proprietary Rights
uklicencehelp.com and/or its licensors own all patents, design rights, know-how, copyrights, trade marks, the right to use software and all other similar proprietary rights (whether registered or unregistered) worldwide ("Intellectual Property Rights") relating to the Website.

12. Exclusion of Warranties and Liabilities
(12.1)uklicencehelp.com cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from Your use of the Service and/or the information provided on the Website. Unless otherwise expressly set out in these Terms, the Service is provided to You "as is" and does not give any warranties for anything whatsoever including without limitation, the accuracy, adequacy, availability, timeliness, completeness, suitability and reliability of the Service provided to You.

(12.5.4) You understand that the Service Charge is for the Service provided to You by and such Service Charge is payable to and not the DVLA; and
(12.5.5) You understand that is an independent private business and is not in any way affiliated with or forms part of the Visa Office.
(12.5.6) To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage caused in whole or in part by, or failures, delays, interruptions or otherwise of, the provision the Service; and shall in no event be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including without limitation any loss of reputation and goodwill, loss of business or business prospects, loss of expectations, loss of profit, loss of management time, loss of income or any other losses whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, the Website or any decisions made or actions taken in reliance or partial reliance on the information provided on the Website and/or through the Service.

YOU AND uklicencehelp.com AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE uklicencehelp.com SERVICE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

14. Free Replacement Licences. To claim a free replacement licence the customer must provide a valid Transaction ID from their original order from within the last 12 months. A free replacement licence is only available once every 30 days. Free replacements cannot be claimed if the customer has received a full refund and/or cancelled their application.

15. Your rights to cancel
(15.1) You have the right to cancel your application for our Services within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day that you submit your application to us. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) and our contact details can be found in clause 17. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
(15.2) If you cancel your application for our Services in accordance with clause 15.1, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not any later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your application. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
(15.3) If you requested to begin the performance of our Services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full completion coverage of the contract.

16. Pricing
Our prices for processing each application are as follows:
Change of Address Processing: £49 inc VAT.
Renewal of Licence Processing: £79 inc VAT.
The prices above include your application being personally checked for errors and omissions, any email support that is required during the application, any reprocessing that may be needed to correct errors and also any replacement licences that may needed for a year.
